What is your manufacture time and MOQ?
SINOALUU: Manufacture time is 25~45 days after deposit and drawing confirmed. Minimum order value is $20,000; if under, an extra $800 color adjusting and machine running fee applies.

What is your warranty? What do we do in case of problems?
SINOALUU: 5 years quality warranty is provided, including frame unfading nor peel-off, hardware and accessories working properly under correct operation. 50 years warranty for German hardware. In case of our quality problem, we will provide replacement by international courier with immediate delivery for stock items, or 10-15 days if material ordering is required.
